Brittany joined Fanatics in 2017 to unite her professional experiences and passion for sports, merchandising, and retail. Fanatics is expanding beyond its position as a global leader for licensed sports merchandise to now becoming a next-gen digital sports platform, featuring an array of offerings for fans across the sports ecosystem. She has contributed to the company in a variety of strategic and complex cross-functional roles during rapid expansion.
Brittany Mennen Card leads integrated merchandising & marketing strategy and market analytics to drive innovation and best-in-class merchandising and marketing practices. Brittany also manages special projects for the business including driving diverse-owned and women-owned brands, the women’s merchandising initiative, and other programs that make Fanatics a global sports platform where all fans belong. She believes that diversity helps drive innovation and our strategies will ultimately expand our product offering and enhance the fan experience. Brittany is also a co-chair of WIN, the Women’s Initiative Network (the women’s employee resource group) at Fanatics.
Before joining Fanatics, Brittany held merchandising roles with progressively increasing responsibility at Body Central (a women’s fast fashion retailer), Home Depot, and Daymon Worldwide.
Brittany is originally from Lafayette, Indiana, a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Business Marketing, and an MBA with a concentration in Consumer Behavior from Jacksonville University. She currently resides in St Augustine, FL with her husband Patrick and their child, Oliver (6 months).
