Maddie Winslow works at Inner Circle Sports (ICS), a boutique investment bank in NYC focused on sports, media, entertainment and technology. Ms. Winslow is responsible for executing M&A, capital raising and financing advisory in the global sports industry. She has worked with leagues, teams and operating companies across the sports landscape in North America, Europe and APAC. Ms. Winslow has experience advising clients across major professional sports leagues including most recently, the NWSL, MLS, NBA and MLB.

Ms. Winslow has been focused on building the firm’s advisory practice within the women’s sports ecosystem. She has relationships spanning leagues, teams and operating companies throughout the women’s sports landscape. Ms. Winslow is currently advising on the expansion franchise sales for the NWSL. She is also actively engaged on advisory projects involving multiple women’s professional sports leagues.

Prior to joining ICS, Ms. Winslow worked at Jefferies in their Technology investment banking group, where she focused on M&A and private placements for software companies. Prior to her role at Jefferies, she was employed at AGC Partners, a boutique investment bank focused exclusively on start-up and early-stage technology companies.

Ms. Winslow graduated from Middlebury College where she received a B.A. in Economics and was a member of the women’s ice hockey team.
