Health & Safety:
In accordance with government vaccination mandates, we will require all guests to provide proof of vaccination at check-in. In cases of allowable exemptions, a negative test result will be required (PCR – 48 hours, Rapid – 24 hours). Additionally, guests will be required to wear face coverings during the event unless actively eating or drinking.
Finally, please note that while we are taking steps to ensure a safe event, it is ultimately your responsibility to be mindful of your actions and do what is best for you, your health, and the health and safety of other guests. With this in mind, please monitor your health in advance of the event. If you have been experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms leading up to the event, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance and do not attend the event.

Arrival Instructions: Please enter via the hotel lobby, hotel staff will direct you to the elevators. Please go to the 5th floor. Our team will greet you at registration to see Proof of Vaccination and provide your credentials. Due to health & safety protocols each attendee will need to collect their own credentials.
