Ryan Baise is the co-founder and CEO of Youth Inc., a media and commerce marketplace serving the youth and high school sports industry. Prior to founding Youth Inc., Ryan spent nearly a decade at Fanatics in operating and corporate development roles, contributing to the company’s expansion into a global leader in licensed sports merchandise. Earlier in his career, he helped build Bo Jackson’s Elite Sports, a network of youth sports training facilities across the Midwest.

A former quarterback at the University of Illinois, Ryan earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He lives in the Nashville area with his wife, Lindsey, and their three children.
