Speaker Bio
Chris Schlosser is an experienced leader focused on building the viewership and distribution of MLS’ streaming service MLS Season Pass, developing new business and revenue opportunities for MLS and its 30 Clubs, and leading MLS’ Innovation and Venture programs.

Schlosser has a track record of developing, incubating and launching new business categories over his time at MLS, and in addition to his work with Apple and global media partners, Schlosser has delivered new opportunities for MLS through a comprehensive new sports data eco-system. These efforts consist of the launch of the MLS Innovation Lab and a robust enterprise-wide sports betting strategy. Schlosser and the Emerging Ventures team are now focused on finding high potential young companies to introduce to MLS and the global soccer ecosystem.

Previously at MLS, Schlosser launched comprehensive OTT partnerships such as MLS Live on ESPN+, the first full League partnership on ESPN's marquee streaming service. He also negotiated the League's first live streaming deal with Twitter and built and sold KICKTV in partnership with YouTube. Schlosser joined the League in 2008 as the League’s first digital employee after consulting with the League on digital strategy while finishing his MBA at Columbia Business School.

Prior to joining MLS, Schlosser worked at Microsoft, where he helped develop advertising sales strategies in markets around the world. Additionally, Schlosser worked with many of Microsoft's largest advertising partners to deliver groundbreaking digital marketing campaigns across MSN's product suite.
