Eric Issadore is a partner in the private equity transactions group in Ropes & Gray’s San Francisco office. Eric represents clients in a broad range of corporate matters, with particular focus on advising private equity firms and strategic investors in the structuring and negotiation of leveraged buyouts, public and private mergers and acquisitions, growth equity investments, and joint venture arrangements. He also counsels clients on general corporate matters, including governance, equity capital markets liquidity events, and securities law compliance.

Eric’s experience within the world of sports investments includes representing a minority investor in the acquisition of an NBA franchise, advising Silver Lake in its investments in Fanatics and Noom, advising VMG Partners and [solidcore] in its sale to L Catterton, and representing CCMP in its investment in Badger Sportswear, to name a few. Eric’s work spans transactions at the intersection of sports, technology, and private capital, providing him unique insight into league-led investment initiatives and the evolving business of sports.
