Hannah Harris serves as Chief of Staff and Head of Strategy to the President of the Washington Commanders, where she leads organizational governance, ownership operations, and key strategic initiatives.
In this role, she has helped shape the Commanders’ long-term vision, driving efforts around the design and negotiation of the team’s new stadium, redefining organizational values and brand identity, and leading long-range planning and capital investment strategy.
Before joining the Commanders, Hannah worked with Josh Harris’s family office, where she was part of the deal team that underwrote the acquisition of the Washington Commanders and supported broader sports investment initiatives. She also worked at investment firm 26North, where she gained experience executing sponsor-led deals across a range of industries.
Hannah began her career at PepsiCo in marketing and holds a degree in Psychology from Harvard College, where she graduated magna cum laude.
