Joe joined MAI in 2022 as a result of the acquisition of Interstate Capital, where he was names the youngest partner in firm history. Joe advises uniquely successful individuals and families throughout the sports, technology, and business world, designing and implementing comprehensive wealth planning and investment strategies. He oversaw the growth of the Intersect family office practice, guiding clients on cash flow management, private and public investment opportunities, as well as estate planning and charitable giving. As as advisor and angel investor, he has guided some of the most influential CEOs of consumer, health, and technology companies with the integration of sports and entertainment icons within their businesses.

Joe is an Advisory Board member of the Thompson Family Foundation, The Gordon Family Giving Foundation, and the Sergio and Angela Garcia Foundation.
