Class Officer. She additionally started interning for the University of Wisconsin Athletic Department
following her freshman year, and was later hired on as a marketing assistant. After returning from
studying abroad, she headed to Baltimore to intern for Under Armour and then returned to Madison
for her senior year as a senior marketing assistant for the Athletic Department.
Following graduation, Rheann was hired as a receptionist at CAA, then moved her way up to
mailroom, and eventually got an assistant position. She spent 3 years with CAA Basketball, first
working in NBA Marketing supporting partnership efforts for nearly 100 NBA players. Then, working
under a top agent out of the Chicago office and servicing his NBA client list.
Rheann decided to make a move to the women’s side of the game, and was hired as the Senior
Director of Marketing by Sports International Group, the world’s largest women’s basketball
agency. She founded their first marketing department and became the off-court agent of roughly
30% of the WNBA. In under 2 years, she generated nearly $2M in revenue for our women through
partnerships with Gatorade, State Farm, Jordan Brand, Adidas, Xbox, Deloitte, among others. In
addition to WNBA players’ income increasing, they also now had access to major platforms,
avenues to explore passion points, and the ability to give back like never before.
In Spring 2023, she joined Stoked Management Group to expand her marketing representation
across the board of sports. Shortly after in Fall 2023, Stoked was acquired by Range Sports, where
she am now the Director of Athlete Marketing. Her focus on women’s sports has continued at
Range, having signed athletes like Ilona Maher (Rugby), Dearica Hamby (WNBA), Izzy Harrison
(WNBA), Liz Kitley (WNBA), Chiaka Ogbogu (Volleyball), Ali Truwit (Para Swim) and working on the
agent teams of Gabby Thomas (T&F), Gabby Douglas (Gym), Misty Copeland (Ballet), Shilese Jones
(Gym), and Emma Weyant (Swim), among others. Since joining Range, she has generated over
$12M in revenue for her all-women-roster. Aside from standard endorsements, she has also
negotiated entertainment, media, business venture, and on-field deals along with assisting the
sports properties department in sponsorship pitches.
Rheann’s work in women’s sports has landed her mentions in Forbes, Sports Illustrated, Vogue
Business, Women’s Wear Daily, and Sports Business Journal. She is fueled by her passion to
expand possibilities for women, both in and outside of sports. With a focus on increasing exposure
of women athletes and their stories, translating that exposure into inspiration for girls & boys to
come, and creating more seats at the table for those who usually do not get one.
In November 2024, Rheann was named Head of Women’s Sports – launching a new division for
Range Sports and setting the tone for the new era to come.
