Jennifer Epstein is a trailblazing sports leader and Controlling Owner of Boston Legacy Football Club, the city’s National Women’s Soccer League team launching in 2026. She oversees all club operations and serves on the NWSL Board of Governors. A Boston native and lifelong sports fan, her family has co-owned the Boston Celtics since 2002. Epstein founded Juno Equity in 2018 to address gender disparity in venture capital funding by investing in women-led ventures. She also co-founded Wildlife Hospitality, which creates award-winning Boston-area restaurants, and has been a key shareholder in her family’s real estate projects for more than 20 years. Named one of Boston Common magazine’s 2024 Power Players, Epstein is driving change in the sports world and beyond. She holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from Boston College.
