Kara Baker is Vice President of Team Marketing & Business Operations at TMRW Sports, where she leads the league’s efforts to support team success across TGL and WTGL. She works closely with teams to drive fan growth, strengthen business performance, enhance the team experience, and foster alignment between the league and its team partners.

Since joining TMRW Sports, Kara has played a key leadership role in building the organization’s operational foundation, launching new products and platforms, and developing scalable processes to support growth. Her experience spans business operations, digital product development, fan engagement, and strategic planning, with a focus on helping organizations and teams perform at their highest level.

Prior to TMRW Sports, Kara spent more than six years at NBC Sports, including serving as Director of Digital Partnerships for marquee properties such as the PGA Championship and Ryder Cup. She is passionate about building high-performing teams, developing future leaders, and creating environments where people and organizations can thrive together.
