Becki Civello is Chief Operating Officer at Next League. In this role, she oversees the operations of the business, client engagements, building and fostering the overall culture of the company and the satisfaction of our client partners.

Prior to joining Next League, Becki spent 10 years at OMNIGON / Infront X. In her latest role there, she oversaw the global commercial function including strategy, business development, and marketing. Before OMNIGON, Becki held a Director of Project Management role at Madison Square Garden (MSG Interactive).
Becki has always been passionate about dedicating time to helping individuals, especially young women, maximize their full potential. She launched the Next League Women’s Group as a way for female team members to connect with each other and others in the industry, hear and learn from senior leaders and participate in personal development opportunities.
Becki was recognized as one of Sports Business Journal’s Game Changers in 2024, celebrating female executives shaping the future of the sports business industry. She is a recognized leader on the thought leadership circuit having recently moderated panels at Sportico’s RISE and presented the SBJ Tech Rising Female Award.
She currently resides in New Jersey with her husband and two young daughters.
