Chelsee joined Whitecap Sports Group in 2023, and quickly ascended into an investment banking role with the firm, with an emphasis on advising and facilitating team ownership transactions across the women’s sports industry - ultimately leading to her promotion in 2025 to head up WSG’s newly formed Women’s Sports Division. Chelsee received her Bachelor's degree from Bowling Green State University in Ohio where she was an All-American soccer player. Additionally, Chelsee has a Master’s Degree in Sports Management from the University of Florida. Following her collegiate career at BGSU, she was drafted to play professional soccer in the National Women’s Soccer League where she competed with the Orlando Pride for three years.



She was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, but will never leave Tampa.​
