Nakisa Bidarian is the co-founder of Most Valuable Promotions (MVP), founder of BAVAFA Sports, former co-founder and CEO of Fertitta Capital, and former Chief Strategy Officer and CFO of Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), where he led the company’s sale to Endeavor, Silver Lake, and KKR. Bidarian was an executive producer of Paul vs. Tyson and the historic Triller Presents Mike Tyson vs. Roy Jones Jr., the eighth-most-bought pay-per-view event in history.

In 2021, he partnered with Jake Paul to launch MVP, a global combat sports and entertainment company built for the next generation of athletes and fans. Through MVP, he has secured historic seven-figure paydays for female boxers including Amanda Serrano and Katie Taylor, elevated women’s boxing, and promoted blockbuster live events including Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson. In 2026, MVP launched MVPW, a year-round global platform for women’s boxing backed by landmark multi-year partnerships with ESPN and Sky Sports, and expanded into MMA with Rousey vs. Carano on Netflix.

In July 2026, MVP completed a landmark merger with PFL to build a global combat sports powerhouse, led by Paul and Bidarian as co-founders and John Martin as CEO, and backed by founding investors 885 Capital and Knighthead. Today, MVP’s portfolio spans MVP, MVPW, and MVP MMA, representing nearly 400 elite athletes and reaching fans across more than 170 countries.

Bidarian received an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a B.A. from the University of Waterloo.
